12. Duties of the Passenger
If the passenger has failed to cancel a standard fare and/or does not appear on the specified time for outward passage or homeward passage, or if the passenger is prohibited from commencing or completing the standard fare due to lack of valid travel documents, such as valid passport, necessary visa, vaccination certificates or the like, DFDS Seaways is entitled to charge the total fare for the standard fare. The same conditions apply if the passenger is denied boarding or is disembarked due to repeatedly violation of the carrier’s regulations.
