The conditions mentioned in item 17.3 also apply if DFDS Seaways knew of the character of the luggage and/or the commercial goods at time of embarkation, provided that the luggage and/or commercial goods prove to be of such danger to the vessel, persons or their luggage and/or commercial goods, that it is unsafe to keep onboard.
