4. Booking and Paying
There is no service charge on bookings made online. The booking is not definite, until DFDS Seaways has received a deposit or the full fare in accordance with the terms of payment as set out below.
Special agreements with DFDS Seaways based on a passenger’s individual wishes are only valid, if they appear from the confirmation/travel document. If the terms of payment are not observed, e.g. delayed payment, the booking will automatically be cancelled. In case of automatic cancellation the passenger is liable for payment of a cancellation charge pursuant to the undermentioned terms of cancellation. Fully or partially unused parts of the standard fare are non-refundable.
Bookings made online shall be paid by credit card at time of booking and the amount will be withdrawn automatically on the specified payment dates.
