5. Cancellations
Passengers are entitled to cancel a standard fare. Full or partial amendments/cancellation must be made online. Subsequently DFDS Seaways offers a refund according to the rules applicable.
When booking a return trip, DFDS Seaways shall receive notification of amendments/cancellation within the booking’s first departure date.
