5.1 Cancellation of Standard Fares on all routes except the Copenhagen-Oslo Route
• Cancellation of a standard fare more than 40 days prior to departure will result in a refund of the deposit paid, less 10 % of the fare, as an administration fee, but minimum EUR 30.00 per booking.
• Full or partial cancellation of a standard fare between 40 to 14 days prior to departure will result in payment of a cancellation charge of 50 % of the total fare, included any extra services, but minimum EUR 30.00 per booking.
• Full or partial cancellation of a standard fare between 14 to 2 days prior to departure will result in payment of a cancellation charge of 75 % of the total fare, included any extra services, but minimum EUR 30.00 per booking.
• Full or partial cancellation of a standard fare the day before the departure or later and in case of non-arrival or delayed arrival – for whatever reason – the total fare, included any extra services, is lost.
