7.1. Price changes after Booking has been made
DFDS Seaways reserves the right to increase or decrease the agreed fare without notice, due to changes in:
1. Transport costs, including fuel costs
2. Taxes, duties, and fees, i.e. airport taxes, landing taxes and embarkation/disembarkation fees at ports and airports.
3. Exchange rates used when calculating the fare. Enquiries regarding the Euro rate used at time of booking to calculate the fare can be made to DFDS Seaways. The method of calculation used by DFDS Seaways when altering the fare, is to change the fare in accordance with changes to the costs referred to in item 1-3, which have an actual effect on the fare
