9. Amendments or Cancellations of Standard Fares
DFDS Seaways reserves the right to cancel a standard fare and to change fixed departure times. DFDS Seaways is not liable for any damages, provided that the cancellation or amendment is due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond DFDS Seaway’s control, i.e. force majeure, or other circumstances like force majeure, such as war, blockade, terrorist activity, civil strife, piracy, other armed assaults or the like.
DFDS Seaways disclaims all liability for indirect and consequential damages and non-economic damages.
