Upgrading to First Class travel allows you to relax in 1 of our 2 lounges. The first lounge provides a calm and tranquil environment, perfect for relaxing during your journey across the Channel. The second lounge offers a range of:

We offer great savings on the latest fragrances, cosmetics and skincare and a wide selection of beers, wines and spirits.

Newspapers, magazines and those easily forgotten items such as maps and toiletries can also be purchased from our shop.

A range of travel essentials and equipment required to drive legally in the UK and on the continent are also available.

Information desk and Bureau de Change  

Our information desk is manned 24 hours a day and our onboard staff are available for any assistance you may need during your stay with us.

 If there is anything we can help you with, please don’t hesitate to ask one of our staff located at our reception desk opposite the centrally located lift in the ‘red zone’.

You can also change your currency at our onboard at our onboard Bureau de Change where we buy all main currencies and sell Euros and Sterling. If you need quick cash, there is also an ATM situated between our reception area and the shop.
